The Genericoder is a transformation tool that is applied within the context of the eGovernment initiative “Deutschland-Online Standardisierung“. It converts csv code lists into OASIS Genericode Version 1.0 compliant XML files. Optionally the Genericoder could be adapted to carry out similar transformations.
